Cory is a structural-engineer turned mobile-home-park nerd!
Cory is in charge of acquisitions and investor relations.
I.e. his job is to match great people with great opportunities.

He loves:

When he’s not obsessing over mobile home parks, Cory loves to:

• Hang with his wife & two awesome kids.
• Train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
• Mountain bike

Thomas is a high school math teacher with a passion for financial education.  

He teaches more than just numbers and variables.  

He teaches students to understand money.  

His goal is to set them up for a life of success–whatever that means to them. 

Thomas is in charge of operations.  

His team supports our onsite managers, fills vacancies, oversees collections, looks for ways to improve the parks, and solves problems.  

They work hard to improve resident satisfaction and to seek out every last dollar of NOI to maximize investor returns.

Celia has passions for travel and for Tennis. 

She works on investor communication, social media content, and capital raising.

Mostly, she asks great questions, and keeps Cory and Thomas aligned with our big “Why”.
